Key Skills Learnt
Working at Topgolf Watford has allowed me to develop a range of skills, the main two being Social Perceptiveness and Active Listening. These skills have developed through attending to guests in the bays as well as the event guests. I have also enhanced my Flexibility through making sure I can tailor each guest experience to their needs and wants. I have realised at Topgolf Watford how much I enjoy hosting events and making guests happy and therefore, I feel I am very Passionate and Enthusiastic towards my role.

Key Skills Learnt
At Gambado Watford one of the key skills that I learnt was Time Management this was especially important as the parties operated on a strict schedule which could not be deviated from. Due to the nature of operating with a strict schedule it was vital that I developed my Organisational Skills, I accomplished this by making sure I prepped for later tasks earlier in an event when I had more flexible time. While working at Gambados I feel I also grew in confidence and became more comfortable with Public Speaking, this skill developed more as I delivered more parties and interacted with a wider range of people.

Key Skills Learnt
Working as a teacher assistant I really developed an Eye for Detail and could quite easily pick out little mistakes being made in class and routines that once changed improved the routine immensely. A skill I really developed while working as a teacher assistant is Communication, during the class I had to subtly communicate with the teacher to point out any children who may be struggling, as well as, having a full debrief at the end of the class to cover issues that may have been missed.
